Key Responsibilities
Handle patient payments and billing queries.
Conduct current patient orientation.
Explain clinic charges and service packages.
Also handle operational work.
Provide counseling on treatment plans and procedures.
Maintain patient records and coordinate with staff.
Ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in BPT related field.
Prior experience in patient coordination, billing, or customer service in a healthcare setting.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using medical software and office applications.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
