Department: IT / Technical Support

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound IT Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining computer systems and network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity-related issues.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
Configure and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and other networking devices.
Perform installation and configuration of Windows and other required software.
Maintain IT inventory, hardware records, and equipment documentation.
Assist with data backup, antivirus, system security, and regular maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve printer and peripheral device issues.
Monitor network and system performance and report technical problems.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers whenever required.




Ensure proper IT security practices and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

For Freshers:
Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
Positive learning ability and willingness to work on technical issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Hardware & Networking, IT Support, CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Experience with office IT infrastructure will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
