Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Export Sea Operations.
Handle end-to-end export sea shipment operations and carrier coordination.
Prepare and submit shipping instructions within required timelines.
Coordinate with carriers for bookings, container allocation, and vessel schedules.
Ensure timely software/system updates and accurate shipment records.
Monitor container tracking and provide shipment status updates.
Coordinate HBL/MBL preparation and release with relevant stakeholders.
Follow up on documentation, cut-offs, and shipment-related operational requirements.
