Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, institutes, automobile companies, industrial areas, manufacturing units, and other organizations across Indore for business development.
Identify and approach potential clients who can advantage from NAPS/NATS apprenticeship services.
Pitch and explain the benefits, process, eligibility, and value of NAPS/NATS services to HR teams, management, and decision-makers.
Generate current leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and market research.
Schedule meetings with HR managers, business owners, and other key decision-makers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal HR/operations team for smooth onboarding and implementation.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain daily field visit, lead, meeting, and follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated about apprenticeship schemes, client requirements, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
