He Works effectively with all clients and stakeholders and maintains effective relationships with all clients.
Develop an introductory security plan for all current hires taking into account all of the foregoing.
Assist in the design and implementation of security strategies and program specific security procedures/standards and establish a concrete course of action for their implementation and where appropriate apply these standards.
Conduct regular document reviews of extant security plans and policies and update edit or improve as required.
Review and make recommendations regarding safety/security requirements of the clients.
Develop and regularly review all internal evacuation and emergency contingency plans and make recommendations as necessary (emergency evacuation, assembly/safe areas, mass casualty management and emergency communications), to develop appropriate response plans, including required human and technical resources for effective implementation.




Conduct an initial security training needs assessment and regular needs assessments for recent and emergent threats.
Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
Develop robust knowledge of Security Services
Maintain relationships with the Clients & Staffs/ Guards
Promote business expansion prospects through successful field marketing programs
Attend relevant trade shows and events
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Report Daily/Weekly on the status of Clients / Guards activities and
Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team.
Conduct Emergency Drills and Fire Fighting Demonstration to the Staff / Guards
Proper Check the Guards Duty Shifts / Able to Arrange Manpower as per client Requirement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
