Responsibilities:
Understand patients’ concerns and provide emotional support.
Follow up with patients and support them during treatment.
Maintain patient records and counseling details.
Handle patient information with complete confidentiality.
Build a friendly and supportive relationship with patients.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff when required.
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Psychology
Positive communication and listening skills.
Caring patient, and friendly attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Previous experience in a hospital or fertility clinic is an advantage.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
