Position: Housekeeping Staff

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the staycation property to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces as assigned.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure all rooms and property areas are cleaned and prepared before guest check-in.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and inform the supervisor when stock replenishment is required.
Assist in laundry activities, including washing, drying, folding, and arranging linens.
Follow company hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Support the operations team during guest arrivals, departures, and property turnovers.




Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a clean setting throughout the property.
Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: SSLC/10th Pass preferred.
Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, homestays, or staycation properties is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive physical fitness and attention to detail.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
