Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Backend Operations Executive in the Banking Process. The role involves handling internal banking activities, transaction processing, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Process daily banking transactions and update records
Perform account maintenance and KYC verification
Handle reconciliation of payments and statements
Support loan and credit operations
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred)
Basic understanding of banking operations
Positive communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry
Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines
