Key Responsibilities: ● Minimum 5 years of experience in a Pharmacy Team Lead / Multi-Store Manager role ● Handling pharmacy sales and business growth. ● Robust understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory, and compliance ● Good communication and leadership skills ● Field-ready mindset
