Job Description

D5 Design Factory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, project costing, billing, and cost control for construction and interior projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for construction and interior projects.
Perform quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
Prepare detailed project estimates, costing, budgets, and rate analysis.
Verify quantities through site measurements and coordinate with site engineers.
Prepare and verify client, contractor, and subcontractor bills.
Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
Prepare variation estimates for additional or modified works.
Coordinate with procurement teams for material quantities and cost comparisons.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Maintain project costing records and prepare periodic cost reports.
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers,



Site Engineers, and Procurement teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or in a similar role.
Experience in construction and interior projects is preferred.
Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, billing, and rate analysis.
Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market rates.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
Knowledge of interior fit-out estimation.
Experience in vendor and subcontractor quotation comparison.
Solid understanding of project cost control and budgeting.

Pay: ₹13,615.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
