Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Site Engineer – Civil with 3–5 years of experience in building construction. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other site teams.
Check and ensure the quality of construction work and materials.
Monitor manpower, material requirements, and site progress.
Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
Conduct measurements and maintain daily site records and progress reports.
Coordinate with the planning, billing, procurement, and project teams.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




Ensure proper utilization of materials and resources at the site.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the project site.
Prepare and maintain necessary site documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Robust knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
Valuable understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple teams.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or building construction projects will be preferred.
