Role Purpose

Responsible for conducting post-completion quality audits, identifying defects, analysing root causes, tracking quality trends, and driving continuous improvement across Design Solution Teams.

Key Responsibilities
Audit completed digitized files and sampled designs based on client priority, volume, and revision requirements.
Identify and classify defects as Critical or Minor.
Perform root cause analysis and track defects by designer, shift, job type, and client.
Provide structured feedback to Designers, SMEs, Leads, and Managers.
Maintain quality data and prepare daily/weekly quality reports and dashboards.
Monitor quality trends, recurring errors, and improvement actions.
Ensure consistent quality standards across teams, shifts, and clients.
Work independently as a quality governance function, separate from production pressures.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance / Process Quality.




1+ year of experience with Excel Dashboards and data analysis.
1+ year of experience in Design Services or a similar setting.
Willing to work in the Night Shift.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, quality reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis.
Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action.
Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of Wilcom or Pulse is preferred.
Experience in embroidery digitizing, vector, virtual artwork, or similar design services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
