Key Responsibilities
Driver Coordination

· Assign drivers to vehicles and ensure timely arrival at loading points.

· Maintain explicit communication channels with drivers for operational updates.
Transit Operations & Tracking

· Monitor vehicle movement during transit using GPS and tracking systems.

· Handle en-route issues, breakdowns, or delays to minimize disruptions.
On-Time Delivery

· Ensure vehicles reach destinations within scheduled timelines.

· Track performance metrics for delivery punctuality and operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

· Solid organizational and coordination skills

· Knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools

· Ability to manage multiple branches and remote operations

· Negotiation skills for dealing with brokers and vendors

· Problem-solving mindset for handling transit challenges

· Effective communication with drivers and branch staff

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
