McDaddy’s Garage is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements
Prepare job cards and service estimates
Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
Explain repairs, service work and estimates to customers
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle billing and service-related coordination
Requirements:
Experience in automobile service/workshop preferred
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of cars and automobile services
Ability to coordinate multiple jobs efficiently
Location: Chennai
Position: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
