Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies across assigned regional stores.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented in all stores.
Design and execute window displays, in-store displays, mannequins, and seasonal themes.
Coordinate with the buying and marketing teams for recent launches and promotions.
Conduct regular store visits to audit VM standards and provide corrective actions.
Train store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
Monitor sales performance of displays and suggest improvements to maximize sell-through.
Manage VM materials, props, and fixtures within budget.
Prepare VM reports, presentations, and feedback for management.

Key Skills & Requirements:
Robust understanding of fashion trends, styling, and commercial VM.
Experience in women’s western wear / fashion retail preferred.
Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel within the region.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
