Experience:

2–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion/apparel/baby & kids wear, with experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, First Cry, Shopify, Meta Ads and SEO.

Job Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry and other e-commerce platforms.
Handle product listings, catalogue, pricing, inventory, offers and account health.
Monitor sales, product performance and marketplace issues.
Marketplace Advertising
Manage and optimize marketplace ads.
Monitor ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR and conversions.
Plan budgets, keywords, bids and campaigns to improve profitable sales.
Meta Ads & Performance Marketing
Manage Facebook & Instagram ads for website sales and brand awareness.
Handle prospecting, retargeting and catalogue campaigns.
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and overall ad performance.
Shopify / D2C Website Management
Manage products, collections, pricing, offers, banners and merchandising on Shopify.
Improve website traffic, user experience and conversion rate.
Coordinate website updates and promotional campaigns.




SEO Optimisation
Optimize Shopify website and product pages for Google search.
Manage keywords, product titles, descriptions, meta titles/descriptions, URLs and image alt text.
Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics and improve organic traffic.
Sales & Growth
Take ownership of online sales targets across marketplaces and website.
Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, returns and customer behaviour.
Identify prospects for current products, offers and revenue growth.
Inventory & Operations
Coordinate inventory across all online channels.
Monitor stock availability, fulfilment, returns and cancellations.
Coordinate with warehouse/production teams to avoid stock-outs.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce performance reports.
Track revenue, margins, ad spend, ROAS/ACOS, conversion and channel-wise performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the founder.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
