? Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing business rules in a decision engine environment supporting lending and credit processes.

? Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) / Decisioning platforms
Experience in any of the below tools:
FICO Blaze Advisor
IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager)
Drools (Red Hat Decision Manager)
Pega Decisioning / PRPC
Experian PowerCurve / similar decision systems
Solid technical skills in:
Java
SQL
Excel
Valuable understanding of:
Rule authoring, testing, and deployment
Decision flows / rule-based logic implementation
Exposure to AI / analytics tools (basic familiarity acceptable)
