We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil with around 10 years of hands-on experience in construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating site teams, and delivering projects as per approved drawings and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure civil works are executed as per structural drawings, architectural drawings, and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Supervise site workers and ensure effective manpower utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards.
Plan material requirements and monitor material availability and usage.
Minimize material wastage and support cost-effective project execution.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly progress reports, site records, and documentation.
Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Around 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate multiple teams.
Robust understanding of quality control and construction safety practices.
