Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations.
Supervise and guide the store team to ensure smooth operations.
Support team training, motivation, and performance management.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
Ensure proper product display, replenishment, and availability.
Support inventory management and stock audits
Monitor store cleanliness, grooming, and discipline standards.
Assist the Store Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support the Store Manager in implementing action plans to improve store performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
