About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, sharing relevant information, and supporting the team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads through calls.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant teams when required.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive approach during customer interactions.

Requirements
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Positive listening and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
