Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Role:
To assist in the day-to-day execution and supervision of residential construction works at site, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities and labour.
Check work against drawings, levels, dimensions and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site staff.
Take measurements and maintain site records.
Monitor material usage and report requirements.
Assist with quality checks and rectification of defects.
Maintain daily progress reports and photographs.
Coordinate with the Senior Engineer / Project Manager on execution and site issues.
Ensure site safety, housekeeping and proper work practices.
Skills preferred:Reading civil drawings, basic AutoCAD, MS Excel, quantity/measurement knowledge, positive communication and willingness to work at site.
