Job Title: Telecaller

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to current and existing customers.
Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.
Follow up on trials, payments, renewals, and pending leads.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
Update daily call and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales and support team for lead management.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is required.
Basic English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
