Job Description – HR / Admin Executive

Position: HR / Admin Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Year

Qualification: MBA / Post Graduation from a reputed college is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Assist the management in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
Coordinate with different departments, employees, vendors, clients, and project teams.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, records, and management reports.
Handle official documentation, correspondence, and other administrative work.
Support recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and basic HR activities when required.
Coordinate with site/project staff and collect regular work updates.
Follow up on pending tasks, payments, documents, and other official requirements.
Maintain proper records of company documents and confidential information.
Assist management in meetings, planning, and implementation of company decisions.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.




Ensure company policies, procedures, and instructions are properly followed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
