Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate recent business opportunities, connect with customers, promote the company’s platform and products, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers and create awareness about the platform, products, and subscription plans.
Invite prospective customers to visit the website and explore/purchase subscriptions and products.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
Prepare and present sales materials to customers.
Maintain proper records of successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
Address customer queries, concerns, grievances, and suggestions promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and important information.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and timely resolution.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Handling, or similar roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
Positive follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.

Self-motivated and comfortable interacting with customers.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
