Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
Kannada and English communication is mandatory.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Valuable interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
