We are looking for a Telecaller / Patient Counsellor to join our healthcare team for an outbound calling process.

The ideal candidate should be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with patients, and able to understand their requirements and guide them appropriately regarding our medical services.

Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, counselling, healthcare, sales, customer support, or patient coordination are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
Explain medical services, consultations, procedures, and available offers in a explicit and qualified manner.
Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information.
Counsel and guide patients regarding the next steps, appointments, and consultations.
Follow up with interested patients and maintain regular communication.
Generate and qualify leads through effective conversations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient responses.




Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle patient queries professionally and escalate complex queries to the concerned team.
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly approach during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable and confident speaking over the phone.
Positive Hindi and Punjabi communication skills (Speaking only).
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, sales, or healthcare will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with patients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
