Key Responsibilities

· Visit farmers, dealers, distributors, retailers, FPOs, villages, and agricultural markets to understand ground-level market conditions.

· Visit fields and actively participate in product demonstrations, field days, farmer meetings, dealer meets, and promotional activities with the state teams.

· Identify potential areas for product demonstrations, farmer meetings, promotional campaigns, and market development activities.

· Support the field team in planning and conducting product demonstrations, farmer meetings, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.

· Coordinate with MDOs and sales teams to collect, validate, and communicate field-level market information.

· Capture field observations through photos, videos, farmer feedback,



survey forms, and field reports, wherever permitted.

· Identify potential recent markets, crops, farmer clusters, FPOs, dealers, and distributors for market development.

· Provide field-level insights to support product positioning, marketing strategy, promotional planning, and business development.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:
B.Sc. Agriculture (Must)

Freshers and final-year students can apply.
