Job description:
Manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. Key contact for inquiries, issues, and promoting products/services.

Responsibilities:
Deliver organization details to persuade potential customers
Explain about clients and answer customer questions
Obtain customer info (name, address) and fix appointments
Answer telephone calls from prospects solicited via ads
Telephone/write to respond to correspondence or follow up initial contacts
Day-to-day work: reporting, team/Board meetings, adaptable admin/support
Staff appraisals and appropriate training

Skills:
