Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining products/services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential sales.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
Maintain professional communication with customers.





Requirements
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi/English will be an advantage.
