About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for Bisleri.

The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through qualified and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding services and orders.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality support.
Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.

Eligibility & Requirements




Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Robust customer-handling and communication skills.

Shift Timings
Morning Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Morning Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
