Who is Scoochers
Scoochers is an offline, door-step learning platform that delivers one-on-one, personalized tutoring for students from grades 1 through 12 across core subjects such as math, science, English, and language arts. All tutors are experienced, certified educators focused on creating a high-quality learning experience tailored to each student's needs.
What You'll Do
Identify, research, and qualify recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events)
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients/partners
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategy and messaging
Schedule and support discovery calls/meetings for senior sales team members
Track activity and pipeline health in [CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot]
Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to spot recent opportunities
What We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (new grads welcome!)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a growth mindset
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection with resilience
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
