Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and job alignment.
Load and unload components and set cutting tools.
Perform milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and other machining operations.
Check dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and required surface finish of components.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine/tooling issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Pay: ₹13,542.62 - ₹35,614.85 per month
