Responsibilities:
Generate recent leads through calls, references, walk-ins and field activities.
Handle inquiries and understand clients’ commercial property requirements.
Present and explain Shoplaza’s investment and leasing prospects.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth deal closure.
Stay updated on project offerings, pricing, payment plans and market trends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
