Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and delays.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, and project teams.
Analyze delay and disruption events and support claims-related planning activities.
Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
Support project execution through effective planning and resource optimization.

Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of planning experience in construction projects.




Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
Robust proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
Valuable understanding of construction sequences, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience on large-scale mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
Knowledge of delay analysis, claims support, and 4D planning.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Navi Mumbai.
