About the Role

GoBuildMart is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our Electrical and Wooden Product categories . The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customers and vendors, and driving category growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Electrical & Wooden product categories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, contractors, builders, and other customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in Electrical and/or Wooden products is mandatory.
- Candidates without relevant category experience are not eligible to apply .
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in the relevant category preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Candidates with experience in the building materials, electrical, hardware, plywood, laminates, doors, or related industries will be preferred.
