About the RoleGoBuildMart is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our Electrical and Wooden Product categories. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customers and vendors, and driving category growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for Electrical & Wooden product categories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, vendors, contractors, builders, and other customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in Electrical and/or Wooden products is mandatory.
- Candidates without relevant category experience are not eligible to apply.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in the relevant category preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Candidates with experience in the building materials, electrical, hardware, plywood, laminates, doors, or related industries will be preferred.
