? We’re Hiring | Business Development – Engineering Software & 3D Technologies
Kadkraft Systems is looking for an experienced Business Development skilled to drive sales of our portfolio of CAD, Engineering Simulation Software, 3D Printers and 3D Scanners.
? Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales of CAD / CAE / Simulation / 3D Printing / 3D Scanning or similar engineering solutions
? Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Identify and engage manufacturing, engineering and industrial customers
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technology solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and customer meetings
- Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners
- Achieve territory sales and business development targets
? Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Good understanding of engineering software and/or 3D technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
? Priority for candidates based in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula and nearby areas, with a willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
