Designation: Senior Business Associate
Mode: Hybrid (Whitefield Office)
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing end-to-end travel booking workflows and core business operations
- Handling tour packages and Hotel booking as per customer requirements and working with them end-to-end
- Closely working with the suppliers to ensure a timely response to queries
- Leading contract negotiations with key hotel partners, DMCs, and vendors to secure the best margins and exclusive B2B rates
- Ensuring smooth post-booking tour operations such as booking confirmations, sharing vouchers, etc.
- Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and deliveries to customers.
- Effectively managing feedback and resolving critical escalations from high-value customers and key vendors
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Create good content on Social media
- Work on Social media to increase followers
- Driving new marketing and sales strategies to boost package bookings and tracking campaign performance
- Data entry of Vendor/Hotels information
- Implementing positive marketing strategies to improve sales and handling them.
- Checking Hotel reviews and providing the best options as per customer requirements
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to maintain high quality in vendor coordination and customer service
