? Your role To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst

Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business requirements, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and developing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role partners with key stakeholders across functions to translate business needs into well-defined requirements, facilitate effective solution delivery, and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Support internal teams and clients with timely and accurate data insights, performance scorecards, presentations, and reports.
- Support the Manager Analytics / FP&A; in the preparation and analysis of business performance KPIs, product profitability and margin analysis for executive-level reporting and decision-making
- Create, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for internal teams, including automated insights and analysis.
- Develop and maintain data models, datasets and reporting solutions to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Maintain and support internal databases and data sources, including AWS Redshift and SQL/MySQL databases.
- Work with data from multiple sources and develop efficient ETL/ELT processes for reporting and analytics requirements.
- Support client-facing teams with timely data insights, client-specific performance presentations, dashboards and analysis.




- Create, validate/QC and deliver reports and dashboards to internal teams and clients within agreed timelines.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective reporting, dashboard and data solutions.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from internal teams and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, data processes and manual tasks.
- Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies/issues across reports, dashboards and underlying data sources.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date SOPs/documentation for all key reports, dashboards and data processes.
- Maintain up-to-date internal trackers and ensure reporting processes and documentation are properly maintained.
- Work closely with stakeholders, IT/data teams and other internal teams to understand requirements and resolve data/reporting issues.
- Support continuous improvement of the company's reporting, analytics and data infrastructure.

? What we're looking for

Key qualifications and skills

- At least 10 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Power BI – strong hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query and M language, data modelling, dashboard development and report optimization.
- SQL – strong SQL skills with experience in MySQL and AWS Redshift; experience working with MongoDB is an advantage.
- Python – experience in report/task automation, data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines and API-based data extraction/integration.
- Advanced Excel – strong knowledge of formulas, data analysis, Pivot Tables, Power Query and Microsoft 365 features.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data validation, data quality and reporting processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.




- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work with both internal teams and clients.

- Experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations
- Experience with AWS data services and cloud-based analytics environments
- Experience with CRM/helpdesk/business applications and their underlying data
