- Position overview: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work across business and technology teams, helping define requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in understanding stakeholder needs, documenting requirements, facilitating discussions, and ensuring business objectives are translated into actionable delivery plans.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, US Central Time (CT).
- Technology stack: JIRA, Confluence, SQL, REST APIs, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, Enterprise Applications, Integration Platforms
- Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support backlog management, prioritization activities, and release planning
- Perform gap analysis and assess the impact of proposed changes
- Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and constraints affecting project delivery
- Contribute to solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support testing activities, requirement validation, and user acceptance processes




- Prepare project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Business Analyst
- Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow definition
- Hands-on experience using AI as part of your role
- Experience writing user stories, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working on system integration, digital transformation, or enterprise platform projects
- Knowledge of REST APIs, data flows, and system interfaces
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirements management tools
- Robust analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Experience in travel technology, airline, hospitality, or travel management domains
- Exposure to booking platforms, travel APIs, or reservation systems
- Experience with data analysis and SQL
- Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts
- Experience working in multinational or geographically distributed teams
