Atlantiser is a strategy-first branding agency in Ahmedabad. Since 2016 we have built 65+ brands across India, the US, Canada and Australia, and won 17 international design awards including Awwwards and CSS Design Awards. We work with D2C brands in beauty, skincare, wellness and packaging-led categories.

We are hiring a Senior Brand Designer. This is not a social media post factory role. You will own brand identity work alongside the founder, set the quality bar for the studio, and direct two junior designers.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Brand identity systems: logo, typography, colour, grid, and the rules that hold them together

Art direction across packaging, web and campaign work

Translating brand strategy into a visual territory, and defending why

Reviewing and raising the work of two junior designers

Building templates, systems and standards so quality stops depending on any one person

WHAT WE EXPECT

Five or more years in branding, agency side preferred

Identity projects in your portfolio that you led, not assisted on

You can explain the reasoning behind every decision. We will ask, repeatedly.

Fluent in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop, and comfortable using AI tools in your workflow

Discipline. You arrive on time, hold deadlines, and do not need chasing.





You can take direct feedback without taking it personally

GOOD TO HAVE

Packaging and print production knowledge

Motion, animation or short-form video editing

Experience in D2C beauty, skincare or wellness

HOW TO APPLY

Step one. Share your portfolio link. Applications without a portfolio will not be opened.

Step two. In your application message, pick ONE identity project from your portfolio and answer in three to four lines: what was the business problem, and why did you solve it that way?

Step three. Mention your current and expected compensation.

Applications that skip step two will not be reviewed. This is deliberate. We are looking for designers who think, not designers who apply to everything.

Compensation is decided after we see your work and understand your level. Strong work is paid for properly.
