Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Modeler MEP based in Noida. The Senior BIM Modeler MEP will develop and manage detailed BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of building projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate MEP designs into multidisciplinary models, ensuring compliance with project standards and codes.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating construction drawings, extracting and organizing model data, performing clash detection, and supporting design and construction documentation. The Senior BIM Modeler MEP will also contribute to process improvement, maintain model quality, and help mentor junior modelers.





We are looking for a highly skilled MEP BIM Modeler with strong experience in delivering Data Center projects and exposure to UK and USA clients. The candidate should possess excellent BIM modeling capabilities, coordination skills, and a good understanding of international standards, particularly for mission-critical facilities and hyperscale data centers.

Required Skills & Experience

- B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
- Must have worked on Data Center projects (Hyperscale, Colocation, Enterprise, or Mission-Critical Facilities).
- Strong exposure to UK and USA clients/projects is mandatory.
- Proficient in:
- Autodesk Revit MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Good understanding of LOD standards, BIM workflows, and model coordination processes.
- Experience in creating fabrication-level or construction-level MEP models will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of international building codes and standards applicable to UK and USA projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale Data Center campuses.
- Familiarity with COBie, IFC workflows,



and BIM execution planning.
- Exposure to ISO 19650 standards.
- Experience coordinating directly with international consultants and contractors.

- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design and documentation, with understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, including detailed layouts and schedules.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks or similar), attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or a related field, along with substantial experience in MEP BIM modeling, is preferred.
- Effective communication, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and willingness to mentor junior colleagues are advantageous.
