Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Gurugram, India. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting in food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee-making equipment, maintaining cleanliness in the café, stocking supplies, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.

- Barista experience with expertise in coffee preparation and knowledge of coffee-making equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions and collaboration with team members.
- Customer service skills to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all guests.
- Experience in food preparation and familiarity with food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for coffee, food service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
