About Maiva

Maiva is a plant-based nutrition brand from Mumbai, on a mission to make clean, honest, plant-based food an everyday habit for Indian homes.

Our range includes almond and oat milks, plant protein powders, plant-based drinks and cold coffees — and we make our own products, so we control everything from recipe to pack. You'll find Maiva on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, our own website, in modern retail stores, and in cafés across India.

Maiva is a brand of Armaara Innoventures Pvt. Ltd., based in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The Role

As Sr Brand & Content Manager, you will be the guardian of the Maiva brand. You'll plan our marketing campaigns, lead our social media content, write the words that sell our products, and make sure every touchpoint — a Reel, a pack, a product listing, a café menu card, an ad — feels unmistakably Maiva.

This is a hands-on role. You'll plan, write and brief yourself, working with designers, video editors, creators and our performance marketing team. You'll work directly with the founders.

What You'll Own

Brand & Strategy

- Own and protect the brand voice and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies and manage the publishing calendar.
- Craft trust-building, ingredient-led, and product-focused storytelling.
- Write detailed influencer briefs ensuring strict brand alignment.
- Direct and brief video editors and graphic designers to maintain visual and narrative consistency.

Marketing Campaigns

- Plan and run campaigns end to end — product launches, seasonal moments, platform sale events and brand campaigns
- Build and run the monthly and quarterly marketing calendar
- Set the brief, coordinate the team, track results,



and learn from every campaign

Social Media & Content

- Own content strategy and calendars for Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Write captions, carousels, Reel scripts and community replies
- Brief designers and video editors, and review their work for quality and brand fit
- Grow engagement and community, and know what's working and why

Performance Creative

- Write UGC ad scripts, scroll-stopping hooks and ad copy for Meta and YouTube
- Direct UGC creators and brief paid creatives with the performance team
- Create A/B copy variations and use ad results to sharpen what we say

Brand Communication

- Write copy for our website, product listings, packaging, emailers and WhatsApp
- Brief and manage influencer and creator collaborations
- Keep brand communication consistent across D2C, quick commerce, marketplaces and cafés

You're a Strong Fit If

- You have 5–9 years in brand, content or marketing communications, with writing at the core of your work
- You've worked on consumer brands — FMCG, food, beverage, health, wellness, beauty or D2C — either brand-side or at a creative/content agency
- You write exceptionally well: sharp, transparent and persuasive in English (Hindi is a plus)
- You've planned and launched real campaigns and run brand social handles, and you can show the results
- You understand both sides: content that builds a brand over six months, and content that has to work in three seconds
- You use AI tools actively in your writing and content workflow
- You're organised enough to run a content calendar with many moving parts
- You're based in Mumbai and comfortable working full-time from our Andheri West office

Bonus Points

- Experience with food, nutrition or plant-based brands
- You've helped build a brand from an early stage
- You can make quick edits in Canva or a basic video editor
