Customer Support & Order Processing – eCommerce (Custom T-Shirts & Embroidery)

We’re an Australian-based eCommerce business in custom T-shirt printing and embroidery, looking for someone with the right attitude, not just experience.

This role is ideal if you are:
Eager to learn and grow in an online business
Confident communicating in clear English (written and spoken)
A problem-solver who takes ownership of issues
Comfortable chatting with customers and handling basic voice calls
Positive with computers (Google Docs, Sheets, Excel)

What you’ll do:
Support customers via chat and email (some voice support)
Help process orders and follow straightforward systems
Work with our team to resolve customer issues quickly

Experience is helpful but not required.
If you’re motivated, reliable, and willing to learn, we’ll train you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,441.31 - ₹18,000.00 per month
