Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST/TDS compliance, reconciliations, invoicing and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, debit/credit notes and related documentation.
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly/annual closing.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely compliance.
Work on Tally / ERP / Excel and other accounting tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance or related field.
4–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.
