About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Specialist who can build robust relationships with orthodontists, dental clinics, and key healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow territory by identifying and onboarding high-potential accounts.
Build strong relationships with orthodontists and dental professionals.
Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and existing account development.
Develop sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets.
Present product solutions and demonstrate their value to customers.
Analyze market data and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience, preferably in medical devices, dental, orthodontic,



or capital equipment sales.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach with a strong business mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage a high-performance sales cycle.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
