Supervise and coordinate the work of servers, stewards, and other restaurant staff.
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Take and monitor food and beverage orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
Train, guide, and motivate team members on service standards and company policies.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service.
Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and attendance.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operations.
Check food quality and presentation before serving guests.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate work assignments.
Assist with inventory control and report stock shortages.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
