Job Summary

Sri Manakula Vinayagar Super Speciality Hospital, Puducherry, is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in a hospital environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, employee documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and payroll processes.
Experience in hospital/healthcare HR operations will be preferred.




Valuable knowledge of employee documentation and HR administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital workplace.

Qualification
MBA in Human Resources / MSW HR / equivalent qualification.
1–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Candidates with hospital/healthcare HR experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
