Retired Army/Navy/Air Force personnel with a solid discipline and leadership background preferred.
Maintain strict discipline, punctuality, and proper conduct among students.
Supervise students and handle their day-to-day concerns, conflicts, and behavioural issues.
Monitor hostel attendance, entry/exit, leave and student movement.
Conduct regular hostel rounds and ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
Ensure students follow hostel timings, routines, and institutional rules.
Handle emergencies and report reliable incidents to management immediately.
Maintain daily/weekly hostel reports and discipline records.
Must be strict, responsible, alert, physically active, and capable of handling students firmly and fairly.
